Hi! I’m Rodrigo Peña Salvador, a Spanish video game producer living in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.
I'm an Associate Production Coordinator at Rockstar Games, in the Rockstar North studio.
I have been the junior producer of an award-winning indie/student game and two professional serious games, and a game tester for GTA Online and Red Dead Online at Rockstar Lincoln.
Looking for associate producer positions.
I’m working on optimicing the page for mobile and tablets.
While you can still access the content, I’d recommend to see the portfolio in a desktop instead.
Thanks!
My objective is to offer development support to my team and to improve global communication between various disciplines of game development and studios located around the world, ensuring there is a clear workflow.
To achieve this, I organise and document meetings, clearly and accurately track and present detailed schedules, status reports, and other documentation, and manage the team’s bug and task queues to avoid roadblocks.

I worked at Rockstar Games Lincoln as a game tester on Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online.
Our self-organized team was specialized on testing new content packs, tunables (weekly events, discounts, incentives, etc) and stability checks.
We coordinated and divided our tasks to efficiently and accurately complete feature sweep tests. In addition to identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying bugs on both games across all platforms.

I was the junior producer of an adventure game released on Steam on May 2020.
The game was developed in nine months, in which as the only member of the production team, I focussed on facilitating communication and managing the team, implementing agile practices, and planning, tracking and verifying the tasks of a team of 6 to 12 people.
In addition to my responsibilities as producer, I oversaw its publishing, marketing, social networks, and actively participated in the game design and testing.
Winner of the “Best Student Game Award” at Gamelab and Fun & Serious, two of the most prestigious game awards in the Spanish industry, as well as in the Game Developers Worldwide Championship.
The game has +50.000 downloads.

Created the project, scheduled the production plan and negotiated the handling of the project with the publisher
Designed following a clear vision of the product we wanted to make and how to achieve it, adapting when necessary
Simple apps for the residents of nursing homes
Planned and designed the development with lean thinking principles in mind
Allowed us to overdeliver, developing two apps and seven "reskins" (using the same code but having different content) more than the company originally expected

While in class I learned about game design, game production, QA and project management; in my free time I applied it as a junior designer or producer in the development a handful of student games.
During the last year, I was the producer of a narrative adventure published on Steam and winner of a Gamelab Award and a Titanium Award (Fun & Serious festival): Burn Me Twice.
I’ve also defended an elaborate end-of-degree thesis that studied the production cycle of games and the team management, been awarded a Best Academic Record scholarship and worked as an instructor of game design workshops aimed to teenagers for a few months.
I've been the producer in a variety of professional and non-profit projects with teams from 2 to 12 people. I have a Scrum Master certificate from Scrum.org as well.
